The pendraken ones look far less cartoony IMHO and get my vote.
Don’t forget that you can also mix some Pendraken’s Viet Minh in as well!
Minifigs is the best for pre-Tet and during Tet
Pendraken is better for post-Tet when the NVA was really not caring to keep up the ruse of it being a People’s revolution and starting wearing their uniforms
Minifigs look like the VC that it seems you want to represent. Pendraken look more like NVA though they are painted as VC.
